How to Enroll in this EAP
If you or a loved one is interested in enrolling in the Aztreonam Lysine for Inhalation EAP, you must first talk to your doctor and ask if this program may be helpful. Should your doctor decide that you or your loved one may benefit from this program, you will need to find and contact a participating EAP center near you. At your first appointment, you or your loved will be asked to sign an informed consent document. After signing, there will be a screening exam to see if you or your loved one meets the eligibility criteria. The screening involves pulmonary function tests, a medical history and a urine or blood pregnancy test (for women). Those who are eligible will then be formally enrolled at the participating EAP center.
You can use the EAP locator tool to your left to find an EAP center near you or your loved one.
